Finding a Strong & Spacious Spine
The second half of the Primary Series offer us a profound opportunity to explore the subtleties of spinal movement. With sensitivity, insight, and awareness, we can observe how the energy of the spine evolves as we fluidly move.
This session will focus on cultivating a deeper awareness of the spine's role in the second part of the primary series. Beginning with a short mindfulness and breathing practice we will explore how spinal movement develops in relation to the breath, connecting postures from the first and second half of the Primary Series. We will reveal the continuity and intelligence of the practice.
This workshop is open to all yoga practitioners curious about deepening their understanding of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system
